The idea for RECOMMENDii came from a barber who noticed something happening in his chair every day. Clients would ask him for recommendations. Someone they trusted, someone they saw regularly, someone who knew their community. Who is the best electrician in town? Where should I take my wife for dinner? Know anyone who does good bookkeeping?

He was already doing the work of a recommender. But there was no easy way to share the information, no record of who he had pointed people toward, and no recognition for the referrals that turned into real business.

He wanted something simple. A place where he could keep track of every business he trusted, share them right away with anyone who asked, and earn a small income from the connections he was already making naturally. Without raising his prices, without changing how he worked, and without needing to be a tech expert to use it.

As RECOMMENDii came together, it became clear the idea was bigger than one barbershop. Anyone with a loyal following or a trusted place in their community could do the same thing. Hair stylists, personal trainers, real estate agents, mechanics, teachers, coaches. Anyone whose clients ask them "do you know a good...?"

RECOMMENDii connects two groups of people: RECOMMENDers, trusted people who recommend businesses they believe in, and RECOMMENDii businesses, companies that want to grow through the power of personal recommendation rather than paid advertising.

RECOMMENDer payouts are tiered. As you build more active recommendations, your payout percentage increases on every connection. Each time a business renews their recommendation, you earn your current tier's percentage of that payment.

Your tier is based on your total number of active, paid connections at the time each payment is made. Tiers update automatically as your network grows. There is no application process and no approval required.

RECOMMENDii was built on one belief: the most powerful marketing in the world is a recommendation from someone you trust. Not a paid ad. Not a five-star review from a stranger. A real person saying, "I know someone. Let me give you their number."
