How to Understand Your RECOMMENDii Analytics

See Exactly Who is Sending People to Your Business.

Your Analytics tab shows you more than just how many people visited your business page. It shows you where they came from, what they did when they got there, and which RECOMMENDers are actually sending people your way.

Here is how to read it.

Page views

The line chart at the top of your Analytics tab shows your total daily page views over the selected time period. You can switch between the last 30 days, 90 days, or 1 year.

A page view is counted once per browser session per day. If the same person visits your page three times in one day it counts as one view. This keeps your numbers honest.

Where your visitors are coming from

Below the chart you will see four source cards.

Understanding your traffic sources helps you know what is working. If most of your visits come from RECOMMENDer profiles, your Recommendationships are doing their job. If most come from external sources, your page is getting found outside the platform.

Visits by RECOMMENDer

This table shows how many page visits came specifically from each RECOMMENDer's profile. It tells you which RECOMMENDers are actively sending people your way.

If one RECOMMENDer is sending significantly more visits than others, that relationship is particularly valuable. Make sure you are nurturing it.

If a RECOMMENDer has zero visits over 90 days, the Recommendationship may not be active in practice even if it is active on paper. That is worth a conversation.

Interactions

The Interactions section shows what visitors actually did on your page. Did they click your phone number? Your website? Your map location?

These are the actions that matter most. A visit that ends in a phone click is a warm lead. A visit that ends with someone getting directions is someone on their way to you.

Interactions from RECOMMENDer referrals are particularly valuable.
If a visitor came from a RECOMMENDer's page and then clicked your phone number, that is a warm lead from a trusted source. Your analytics show you exactly how many of those you are getting and which RECOMMENDers are driving them.

What to do with this information

Your analytics are not just numbers. They are a picture of how your Recommendationship network is performing.

If visits are high but interactions are low, your page may need more complete information. Phone number, website, booking URL. Make it easy for a visitor to take the next step.

If visits from RECOMMENDer profiles are low, it might be time to talk to your RECOMMENDers about how they are sharing their lists.
